Terms of Service

By accessing or using Kivo Voyage ("the Platform"), operated by Hulk Cars Rental LLC, Al Ain – Dubai Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to create an account and make bookings. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Kivo Voyage acts as a technology intermediary connecting travellers with airlines, hotels, and car-rental providers ("Suppliers"). Hulk Cars Rental LLC is not the carrier, accommodation provider, or vehicle lessor. The contract of carriage or accommodation is between you and the relevant Supplier.

• Prices displayed are inclusive of all mandatory taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and issuance of a confirmation email.
• Prices are subject to change until payment is completed. We show live prices but cannot guarantee availability.
• All payments are processed by our PCI-DSS-certified payment partner. We do not store full card details.
• Bookings made for the benefit of third parties remain your responsibility.

• Refund and change eligibility are governed by the airline fare conditions of the ticket you purchased, not by a separate percentage schedule from the Platform.
• When you request a cancellation in your account, you may receive a live cancellation quote (refund amount, penalties if indicated, and refund method) before you confirm. Confirming accepts that quote and cancels the ticket with the airline.
• If automatic cancellation is unavailable, your request is handled by our support team under the airline's rules.
• Where a cash refund applies, it is returned according to the method shown on the quote (often the original payment method), within the processing times of the airline, payment provider, and your bank.
• Full details are in our Cancellation Policy at /cancellation-policy. If that policy and the airline conditions or live quote differ, the airline conditions and the live quote control.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

• Reselling or attempting to resell tickets purchased on the Platform.
• Using automated tools to scrape prices or availability data without written consent.
• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent booking information.
• Attempting to circumvent fare rules or airline restrictions.
• Any activity that disrupts or damages the Platform or its infrastructure.

All content on the Platform — including logos, design, copy, and software — is owned by or licensed to Hulk Cars Rental LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hulk Cars Rental LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses caused by delays, cancellations, or actions of Suppliers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. Supplier information (schedules, prices, availability) is provided by third parties and we do not guarantee its accuracy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
