Our Commitment

Kivo Voyage is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.

Our target conformance level is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We conduct regular audits with automated tooling and manual testing using assistive technologies including NVDA, VoiceOver, and JAWS.

Known Limitations

Interactive seat-map on the booking flow lacks full keyboard support (fix expected Q3 2026).
Date-picker component does not announce selected date to all screen readers (patch in progress).
Some third-party hotel images lack alt text — we are working with content suppliers to address this.
